HOTEL REPRESENTATION BRAZIL (HRB) is a small and dynamic company
that offers marketing, sales and consulting assistance to hotels in Brazil as well as
sales representation of Latin America hotels in the Brazilian market.
Our mission is to connect our clients with high-end agencies and provide them
with the knowledge they need to sell your experience.
We at HRB can develop specific action plans depending on your needs, budget and priorities.
We speak French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

NELLY PAGER
Founder & Director
Originally from Bordeaux, France, Nelly left for Honolulu in 2003 and graduated
from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelor´s Degree in Hospitality & Marketing.
She then gained professional experience working in high-end travel agencies,
tour operators, luxury cruise lines and five-star hotels in Hawaii, with several years working
for Norwegian Cruise Line and the Hilton Group.
In 2008, Nelly took on the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at the
Hotel Santa Teresa- Rio de Janeiro (former Relais & Châteaux, and since 2017
a MGallery property), considered today one of the best boutique hotels of Brazil.
In 2013 she started a new journey and decided to found her own company,
Hotel Representation Brazil (HRB).
In 2014, HRB initiated a partnership with the prestigious association Relais & Châteaux,
supporting the Central and South America Delegation (composed of 34 members)
The key objective of the role of Delegation Director is to ensure that every member
of the delegation is maximizing membership benefits. We must ensure the implementation
of global initiatives with an understanding of regional needs.
Understanding regional and global objectives is key to create a united delegation together with federating members.
Some key responsibilities include the creation of an annual action plan and budget for the delegation, as well as organizing regional meetings. We also conduct on-site inductions with the teams.
